Relaxation facials do not require a skin consultation prior to booking. However, if you are wanting to commence advanced skin treatments such as skin needling or skin rejuvenation treatments, a complimentary 30 minute consultation is required befoehand.

How often you should wax will depend on the area being treated, your hair growth cycle, and your personal preference.
Facial waxing, such as eyebrow waxing, is commonly maintained from approximately every 2 to 4 weeks depending on hair growth and desired shape maintenance.
Body waxing can vary between every 3 to 6 weeks depending on the treatment area. Areas such as underarms or half legs may require maintenance closer to every 3 to 4 weeks, while treatments such as Brazilian waxing, chest waxing, arms, and larger body areas are generally maintained from approximately every 6 weeks.
Regular waxing appointments may help reduce discomfort over time and assist in maintaining smoother results and more consistent hair growth.
For best results, hair should generally be at least the length of a grain of rice or approximately 2 to 3 weeks of growth. Hair that is too short may not remove effectively during the waxing treatment.

We recommend waiting approximately 3 days after waxing before exfoliating the area to allow the skin time to settle. After this period, you can gently exfoliate the skin in the shower using an exfoliating mitt or glove together with your body wash on a regular basis.

For the best spray tan results, we recommend exfoliating the skin the day before your appointment to remove dry skin and create a smooth surface for the tan application.
Any waxing, shaving, or beauty treatments should ideally be completed at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
On the day of your spray tan, please do not apply any moisturiser, deodorant, perfumes, oils, or makeup, as these products may create a barrier on the skin and affect the development of the tan.
We also recommend leaving jewellery at home where possible and wearing loose, dark clothing after your appointment to allow the tan to develop evenly. Open-toe shoes or thongs are recommended unless weather conditions require closed shoes.

To help maintain your spray tan and keep it looking even for as long as possible, we recommend moisturising the skin daily using a gentle and hydrating body moisturiser such as our Pure Fiji Body Lotion or Pure Fiji Body Butter. Keeping the skin hydrated may help prevent dryness and uneven fading.
Avoid long hot showers, excessive exfoliation, chlorine, swimming at the beach or in pools, and excessive sweating where possible, as these factors may cause the tan to fade more quickly.

Yes. At Beauty by Vicky, we cater for bridal and group spray tan bookings for special occasions such as weddings, bridal showers, birthdays, holidays, formals, events, and girls’ getaways.
We recommend booking group appointments in advance where possible to ensure availability and allow enough time for each client to be comfortably accommodated.
At Beauty by Vicky, we use express spray tanning solutions designed to give you flexibility depending on your desired result and schedule.
Our express tans are generally left on for a minimum of 2 hours and a maximum of 4 hours before rinsing. During your appointment, we will advise you on the recommended rinse time based on your skin tone, desired depth of colour, and the amount of time you have available for development.
Leaving the tan on for a shorter period will result in a lighter glow, while a longer development time will achieve a deeper bronzed result.
At Beauty by Vicky, we use professional TechnoTan spray tanning solutions designed to provide a natural-looking, even, and long-lasting tan. TechnoTan offers a variety of colour bases and depths, allowing us to customise the tan to suit your skin tone, undertones, desired result, and occasion.
Our solutions are selected to help achieve a smooth and even fade while maintaining a natural bronzed appearance. We also apply a double coat during the treatment to help ensure even coverage and optimal results.
